Most of our sponsored transactions involve assets valued at from $1.0 million to $10.0 million. Our advisory business typically involves much larger transactions; generally $10 million to $50 million in asset value.
We are also involved in developing programatic investment platforms involving a larger number of smaller loans and leases.
Geography
Linea Capital is a young company and, as such, is focusing on opportunities in the upper Midwest. That said, Linea Capital has extensive national and international experience and will consider opportunities further afield.
